Sainsbury’s - Taste the Difference
To help with the relaunch of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference range, Van mined existing supermarket data to create the ‘Future of Food’ report.
Working closely with Sainsbury’s executive chef, we predicted the decline of British food over the next 30 years and the rise of more and more exotic dishes from across the globe. The findings caused the media ‘outrage’ that we had predicted and delivered 10 items of national print editorial (including two newspaper leaders).
Broadcast media and top chefs were similarly interested in the findings - Antonio Carluccio becoming an unofficial commentator, free of charge!
